Cancelling appointments policy
Things come up…
We know unexpected things happen during the course of a day, and with them, plans need to adjust. We show grace for cancelling when it’s necessary.
Mending Life LLC. requests all cancellations allow 24 hours before scheduled appointments.
In the event a cancellation must take place the same day of a scheduled appointment, there will be no fees or charges assessed for first occurrences. A 2nd appointment cancellation within 24 hours will be charged half the rate of the booked session.
As with any difficulty, please communicate with Mending Life staff. We would always rather negotiate and solve any issues that get in the way of helpful encounters.
